Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Must hold an active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization Certification: Must hold current immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check and be free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses.
