Job Title: Med Tele RN | Registered Nurse

CrossMed is seeking a dedicated and skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Wildomar, California. As a Med Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
  • Discipline: RN
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours
  • Employment Type: Travel

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Med Surg / Telemetry and be a graduate from an accredited school. Certifications may be required based on facility requirements. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with physicians and other health team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transports patients as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Interpersonal Skills - ability to work with diverse personnel (professional and support staff) while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance
  • Technical Skills - the ability to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment
  • Cognitive Demands - capable of managing frequent interactions with the public and customers and meeting deadlines under pressure
  • Sensory Skills - keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities
