Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team in Royal City, WA. As a sales agronomist, you will engage directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers, showcasing the benefits of our crop protection, crop nutrients, seed products, and other essential services.

Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to achieve retail sales goals and execute sales
- Utilize fundamental sales principles and practices, as well as acquiring product, customer, industry, and company infrastructure knowledge applicable to improving sales, marketing, and consulting skills
- Develop customer lists to include current and prospective customers
- Prepare basic, and assist with moderate to complex, bids and proposals
- Build customer relationships by providing proactive service through identifying customer needs and responding promptly
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Knowledge of Sales or Business Development
- Bachelor's degree preferred in agriculture, business, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
