Technical Analyst III

Job Details:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Technical Analyst III to join our Application Support team. This is a full-time position located at our Oceanport, NJ facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application build and support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing and building the related application
• Coordinating with operations to optimize the design of the application's capabilities and workflows
• Performing a thorough review of all foundation builds and operational requested content and workflows
• Investigating, documenting, and evaluating current state workflows as it pertains to build and offering technology solutions for workflow enhancements in collaboration with analyst peers, training staff, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• Associate's degree or higher
• 5+ years of prior application build experience
• Demonstrated ability to support and develop the application and mentor others
• Previous experience working with specified customer base
• Ability to handle moderate complexity of work with minimal supervision
• Epic Cupid Certification required
• Applicant is expected to maintain certification as current by completing New Version Training (NVT), as applicable
• For certain clinical applications, clinical licensure is preferred and may be required as specified in Job Aid
• Excellent presentation skills

Salary:
$130,000 per year, based on experience
