Job Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care consistent with established standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- IV Certification required or willingness to obtain within six months.
- CPR/AED Certification required or willingness to obtain within six months.
