  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in fabricating components from a variety of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 1 year of programming experience and 2 years of setting up and operating CNC lathes
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints
  • Ability to adhere to and revise existing job instructions
  • Familiarity with reading "G" and "M" codes
  • Capability to manually write CNC programs or utilize a CAM software
  • Skilled in using inspection measuring tools
  • Adept at verifying machined specifications against prints using inspection instruments
  • Maintenance of CNC machinery
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and high motivation
  • Mechanical skills and manual dexterity
  • Quick learner eager to broaden knowledge
  • Experience in machining components in a job shop or contract manufacturing setting
  • Formal technical education in manufacturing
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and listening abilities
Desirable Skills:
  • Expertise in programming turning operations using FeatureCAM and/or PartMaker
  • Knowledge of live tooling and polar milling programming
  • Experience with Fanuc CNC controls and Doosan CNC Lathes

Education Requirement:
A high school diploma is required, with additional education and manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Willingness to assist with additional tasks as necessary

Core Hours:

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Flexibility available upon prior discussion and approval

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with additional performance-based compensation.
