Green Mechanical Construction is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Superintendent to lead and manage field operations for assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee job site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Promote and enforce safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Evaluate and interpret construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Generate material takeoffs from drawings to optimize project resources.
• Manage materials, equipment, and company assets to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Monitor field productivity and labor allocation to optimize project timelines.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain necessary certifications and expertise to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Complete required documentation to maintain project records.
• Assist Project Manager in budget adherence to ensure project financial stability.
• Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software to streamline project operations.

Required Education and Experience:

• 6+ years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
• Prior supervision experience in similar projects.
• Relevant licenses or certifications in plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.
