Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paint colors, and ensuring all formulations, preparations, top coating, and curing meet OEM recommended standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paint colors as needed
  • Ensure all formulations, preparations, top coating, and curing meet OEM recommended standards
  • Perform all-purpose duties, including prepping surfaces, applying paint, and curing finishes

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
  • Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
