Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in real responsibilities that contribute to our business, while also benefiting from mentorship, training, workshops, and networking events.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources projects, including recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning.
- Support the HR team in conducting new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain the integrity of employee files.
- Document and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- HRIS experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with HR practices and HR law.
