Overview: Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team as a Surgical ICU Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center.

About the Job: As a Surgical ICU Specialist, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing critically ill patients, including those with trauma and cardiac surgery needs. You will be required to have experience with Pulmonary Artery Lines, ICP, Telemetry, and Vents, as well as the ability to float between units as needed.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that our unit remains at the forefront of best practices in critical care nursing.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Critical Care Nurse, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You should also possess current certifications in ACLS and BCLS, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as required. Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar setting is highly desirable.

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additional Information: We are proud to offer a 36-hour guaranteed contract, with opportunities for overtime pay. Our hospital has a total staffed bed capacity of 571, with a scrub color policy that allows for any color except reddish orange. Charting software used is EPIC, and parking is facility-paid.
