Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Maintenance Associate to join our team at KTA Super Stores. As a Store Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our store, providing a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the store, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors, as well as emptying trash cans and cleaning restrooms.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets and replacing light bulbs.
  • Assist with setting up for sidewalk events and performing other duties as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers, and responding to their needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions
