As a Property Technician, you will be responsible for completing work orders within designated time frames, surveying buildings, and repairing mechanical systems to ensure they meet health and safety standards.

A successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience as a maintenance technician, and knowledge of TCAC, HACLA, and LAHD inspections. Any additional relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP, will be considered an advantage.

A generous salary of $23.50 per hour is offered, along with comprehensive benefits, including paid holidays, sick time, vacation time, health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k plan, and healthcare spending or reimbursement.
