Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents, and providing speech therapy in individual or small group settings.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Provide speech therapy in individual or small group settings
• Monitor and track student progress towards IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and communication
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech goals into classroom activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goal setting

• Current Tennessee State License
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• PDE Teaching Certificate
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
