Job Title: Rework Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rework Coordinator to join our team at Schreiber Foods. As a Rework Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating rework and sort processing activities, ensuring that Peeling/Sorting goals are met each shift. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rework department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate rework and sort processing activities
* Ensure Peeling/Sorting goals are met each shift
* Work closely with leadership team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rework department
* Perform duties as required by plant leadership to ensure efficient and effective operation of the rework department
* Ensure that rework partners follow Food Safety and Partner Safety guidelines

Requirements:

* 1 year or more of demonstrated leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to generate inventory and cooler reports
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, partners and others
* Gain and maintain an understanding of all equipment and computer systems
* Willing to perform duties assigned, manage multiple priorities
* Must have general spreadsheet knowledge/application (Word Perfect, Excel, and E-mail Systems)

Physical Demands:

* Stand Up to 10 hours per day
* Walk Up to 50 minutes per hour
* Sit Up to 15 minutes per hour
* Forklift Use
* Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds Up to 4 times per hour
