Position Summary:
At Foster Farms, we are continuously seeking skilled individuals to join our TEAM. While we offer the benefits of a large organization, we maintain a family-like atmosphere. Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM; $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 4:59 AM.

• Collaborate with the crew lead to meet the bird per man hour standard for the designated farm(s).
• Travel with the crew to the farm for bird collection.
• Maintain cleanliness of the crew vehicle, both inside and out.
• Achieve the required number of Birds per Man Hour (BPMH).
• Report any unsafe conditions or actions.
• Adhere to safe working practices.
• Assist in loading forklifts and other necessary equipment.
• Participate in all mandatory safety meetings.
• Attend any required crew meetings.
• Be prepared for variable work hours.
• Availability to work night shifts is essential.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules.
• Capability to work independently while ensuring safety.
• Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.
• Exemplify safe working habits.
• Comprehend and execute established tasks and standards.
