We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill children and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the intensive care unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage the patient's condition, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
