Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
- Provide education and training to nursing personnel
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as a licensed practical nurse
- Gerontological nursing experience, including experience with dementia populations
- Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
- Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted
- Full use of gross and fine motor skills of the upper and lower extremities
