Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Northwest Sahuarita Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing patient care under the supervision of a physician.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and compile patient medical data, including health history and examination results.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program.
- Current licensure and certification in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
