Providence is excited to welcome current nursing students and recent graduates to participate in our RN Residency Program. This program is an exceptional opportunity to acquire hands-on acute care experience under the mentorship of seasoned preceptors, educators, and clinical leaders.
Program Highlights:
- Engage in a well-structured curriculum that combines simulation and real patient interactions.
- Benefit from guidance provided by experienced professionals in your specialty area.
- Ideal for newly graduated RNs with less than 12 months of clinical experience.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time positions are available with both Day and Night shifts. All roles will require flexibility for rotating weekend schedules.
Incentives:
A $5,000 Sign-on Bonus is available for eligible external candidates who meet specific criteria, in addition to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that commences on your first day of employment.
Relocation Assistance:
Qualified applicants may also receive relocation support.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in your specialty area upon hire.
