Cannabis Retail Specialist

Silver Stem Fine Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Budtender. This role plays a crucial part in representing the company on the retail level and serving as the face of our brand.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide an exceptional customer experience, guiding patrons through their journey and ensuring they have a positive interaction with our products and services. In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate will possess knowledge of different cannabis strains and products, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product range, including different cannabis strains and accessories, to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and strains.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Compensation: $19-$19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
