Job Description

The Content Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for managing content workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and maintaining a centralized library of content assets.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage content workflows to streamline content creation, review, and iteration.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, athlete endorsers, and internal teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
  3. Maintain a centralized library of content assets, cataloging all iterations for quick access.
  4. Oversee the lifecycle of each piece of content, from concept to iteration, ensuring deadlines are met.
  5. Review and validate content before it is distributed to video editors or paid media agencies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project or content operations management.
  • Familiarity with content production workflows and asset management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Bridge) and Dropbox experience is a plus.
Compensation Package:
  • $60,000 annual salary.
  • Hybrid work arrangement, expected to be in the office three days/week.
  • Health benefits and two weeks of vacation time.
