At Pursuit Collection, we're seeking a diligent Hotel Housekeeper to join our team in the scenic town of Talkeetna. This role involves ensuring that hotel rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance, and navigating stairs. They should also be flexible and available to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public areas, adhering to high-quality standards
- Strip, remake, and change bed linens, as well as replenish supplies and report any damages or items needing repair
- Work efficiently to complete daily housekeeping tasks on schedule
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about the hotel and its amenities
- Experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility and availability to work varied shifts
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
