As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our furry guests receive top-notch grooming services that exceed their owners' expectations. Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate and gentle grooming experiences for pets, ensuring all grooming requests are met on time and to the client's specifications, communicating effectively with pet parents before and after grooming sessions, maintaining a clean and sanitary grooming environment, and monitoring pets' health and reporting any concerns to the general manager. You will work with a team who exemplify passion for animals and animal care, customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills, ability to work under various conditions and handle conflict with diplomacy, attention to detail and willingness to assist other departments, and reliability, punctuality, and ability to work a flexible schedule. Professional Grooming Certifications are preferred but not required, and two to four years of professional grooming experience are necessary.
