Job Title: Car Wash Associate

Waterway Carwash is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Car Wash Associate to join our team at our Highland Park location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team to efficiently clean the interior and exterior of customer vehicles, provide outstanding service, and ensure that all customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean customer vehicles to a high standard based on wash package selected.
  • Greet customers, assist customers into and out of vehicles, provide clear direction to customers, and alert management when cleaning of vehicle is complete.
  • Drive vehicles onto and off conveyor, program wash type and send vehicle, shut off conveyor if obstructions are in the way of moving vehicles in the tunnel, and watch traffic flow and be aware of surroundings.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment year-round to ensure a positive visit for every customer.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid drivers' license.
  • Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.
  • Must be available at least 2 days during the week between Monday - Friday and able to start shifts between the hours of 7AM - 12PM.
