Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Operations
    • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business needs and execute in-store business and sales strategies.
    • Establish and communicate clear expectations, holding the sales team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
    • Manage payroll and supply budgets to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Customer Experience
    • Model and promote exceptional customer service standards, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Talent Development
    • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing sales team.
    • Support and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Coach and develop sales team members to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, and operating procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership qualities, training, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
