Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments to identify students' needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to share progress and provide recommendations for continued support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and expand your skill set.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
