We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leadsperson, FSQ to join our team at HP Hood LLC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and ensuring customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and support to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Train and coach employees to meet production standards
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, corporate policies, and plant regulations
  • Validate employee training and ensure adherence to SOPs
  • Report food safety problems and initiate corrective action
Requirements
  • Ability to apply mathematical concepts and knowledge of weights and measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Ability to operate facility equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment

Our production facility is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team to meet production goals. You will be required to stand and/or sit for long periods and perform job functions for a full shift with meal breaks.
