Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our respiratory therapy department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing respiratory techniques, policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality and appropriate care for all ages.
  • Effectively communicate with all team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Understand and have knowledge of respiratory medications, their effects, and side effects.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist License or CRT license in the State of Florida required.
  • No experience required; new graduates welcome to apply.
