We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Movado Company Store team as a Part-Time Keyholder of our store located in Cypress, TX.

As part of the store management team, you will drive sales, open and close the store, assist staff in reaching and exceeding goals; help sales associates provide customer service to support sales growth; assist with inventory management and other tasks as needed.

Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager and develop a complete knowledge of the merchandise.

Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines.

Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines.

Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness of the product, accurate ticketing and proper display.

Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.

Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.

The ideal candidate has strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty and/or luxury retail and has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates must have open availability and flexibility to work according to needs of the business and to ensure store objectives are met (Flexible Schedule).

Including an hourly rate starting at $17.00 and commission on sales.
