Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair ammonia systems, equipment, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, including emergency response planning and training.
  • Lead and support safety initiatives, including routine inspections and root cause analysis of equipment deficiencies.
  • Partner with maintenance supervisors to inspect and maintain ammonia equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Facilitate continuous on-site training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in ammonia systems, process controls, and electrical systems.
  • Operator II & III Certificate and strong leadership experience in process controls and electrical fields.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and mechanical skills, with ability to pass a physical and respirator fit test.
  • Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) background.
  • Knowledge of electrical and general mechanical systems, with ability to operate ammonia equipment safely and efficiently.
