Job Summary

The Comprehensive Therapy Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating clients' needs for speech therapy, planning and executing individual treatment programs, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients' needs for speech therapy and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer assessments and evaluations to determine clients' communication skills and needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve clients' communication skills
  • Document clients' progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and coordination of care
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent
  • Registration with the State of Michigan
  • Ability to lift and position clients with physical impairments
  • Ability to travel to various locations to provide services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
