T. C. Harrison Group is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Assistant Manager to join our team at our Spalding Dealership. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maximise profitability within the aftersales department through effective sales processes and inventory management.
  • Provide a comprehensive reception and advisory service for customers, including visual health checks and ensuring their vehicle servicing and repair requirements are met.
  • Ensure workshop productivity, efficiency, and utilisation are optimised, and achieve agreed Red / Amber Sales targets.
  • Control parts stock and minimise discrepancies and obsolete stock.
  • Coordinate and lead the team to ensure full workload through the workshop, liaise with technicians to ensure maximum quality levels are met, and standards are maintained.
  • Deputise for the Aftersales Manager in their absence.

**Requirements:**

  • Supervisory experience, ideally within an aftersales environment.
  • Parts experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
