- MD or DO degree is mandatory.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Must be licensed in Indiana or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- J1 and H1B Visa sponsorship available (Cap exempt).

- Current population is approximately 30,000 residents.
