Essential Functions:

A key aspect of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. This includes performing various tasks, such as cleaning rooms, hallways, and common areas, as well as operating maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a janitor or in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. You will also be required to mix and apply cleaning solutions according to Material Safety Data Sheets, and to clean and polish metal work, lighting fixtures, and other surfaces.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working as a janitor or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or GED
