Position Overview
At Blasius Gallery Consultants, our primary goal is to warmly welcome and inform visitors about the advantages of our products, ensuring they feel confident and satisfied with their purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the gallery's appearance during operational hours and events.
- Welcome and assist guests with their inquiries.
- Educate visitors on the features and benefits of Blasius products.
- Provide design assistance for customer projects as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Blasius offerings.
- Ensure samples and refreshments are available for guests.
- Relay detailed notes from homeowner visits to the appropriate dealer.
- Share dealer information with potential customers.
- Communicate lead information to the Regional Residential Sales Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Residential Sales Manager.

Qualifications

Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

- Ability to accurately direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Analytical Skills
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to kneel, bend, balance, squat, twist, push, and pull.
- Walk up and down stairs throughout the workday.
- Engage in talking, listening, reading documents, and using computers.
Work Environment
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Routine use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, scanners).

Work Schedule

- Gallery hours are generally Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability.

Compensation
Starting salary is $17/hour.
