Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for Patients: Provide personal care and hygiene services to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care and support.
  • Assist with Daily Needs: Help patients with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake.
  • Monitor Patient Conditions: Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose, and document any changes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Observe patient conditions and notify supervisors of issues requiring a change in care, medication, or equipment.
Requirements
  • Certification: Active Nursing Assistant Certification in Colorado.
  • CPR Certification: Demonstrate CPR certification.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: Provide a COVID-19 vaccination card.
  • TB Screening: Have a valid TB screening.
  • Flu Vaccination: Provide proof of flu vaccination during flu season (optional).
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Laws: Understand state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Compassionate Nature: Possess a compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
