Behavioral Support Technicians (BSTs) are trained professionals specializing in ABA, dedicated to supporting clients with Autism.
BSTs play a crucial role in implementing behavior-analytic services and operate under the close supervision of a Behavior Technician Manager, Clinical Director, and BCBA.

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will:
- Provide individualized and group ABA services as directed by clinical supervisors in both clinic and home environments.
- Collect, document, and analyze data on programming as instructed by clinical supervisors.
- Maintain professional interactions with families in both clinic and home settings.
- Assist with the transportation of clients to and from the clinic.
- Adhere to behavior intervention plans as designed and trained by clinical supervisors.
- Perform essential childcare duties, including changing diapers, assisting with feeding, and dressing.
- Compile written summaries, graph data, manage timesheets, and organize session materials.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, colleagues, clinical supervisors, and management.
- Participate actively in all relevant training sessions and meetings.
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment for both employees and clients.
- Maintain consistent attendance and comply with all regulations regarding HIPAA and the protection of private health information.

This role is physically demanding, requiring:
- The ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, crawl, bend, squat, run, climb stairs, reach, grab, push, and pull.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good vision, hearing, and speech abilities.
