Your Impact:

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will:

  • Provide individualized and group ABA services as directed by clinical supervisors in both clinic and home environments.
  • Collect, document, and analyze data on programming as instructed by clinical supervisors.
  • Maintain professional interactions with families in both clinic and home settings.
  • Assist with the transportation of clients to and from the clinic.
  • Adhere to behavior intervention plans as designed and trained by clinical supervisors.
  • Perform essential childcare duties, including changing diapers, assisting with feeding, and dressing.
  • Compile written summaries, graph data, manage timesheets, and organize session materials.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, colleagues, clinical supervisors, and management.
  • Participate actively in all relevant training sessions and meetings.
  • Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment for both employees and clients.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and comply with all regulations regarding HIPAA and the protection of private health information.

Physical Requirements:

This role is physically demanding, requiring:

  • The ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, crawl, bend, squat, run, climb stairs, reach, grab, push, and pull.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good vision, hearing, and speech abilities.
