We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Skilled Team Member to join our team at El Super. As a Skilled Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premier customer service, including greeting customers and responding to their questions
  • Assist customers at the registers and work various departments of the store
  • Ensure product is rotated, within date, and properly displayed on shelves according to the planogram
  • Unload product from trucks and organize the stock room
  • Fulfill assigned sections as needed and assist in replenishing all departments
  • Clean cases and shelves, mop and sweep the sales floor, stock room, and dairy coolers
  • Operate back room equipment, pallet jack, baler, compactor, and scrub machine
  • Assist in other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to follow company customer service procedures
  • Demonstrated prior customer service skills or related experience
  • Ability to interact with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
