Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Laguna Hills. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop civil engineering projects, including site plans, grading plans, and construction documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and development
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE license
  • Experience with custom residential or commercial projects
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
