Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Assistant to join our team at B&B Butchers & Restaurant. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with guests to take food and drink orders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with all staff, including back-of-house personnel, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administer efficient delivery of food and beverage to tables, ensuring that our guests receive their orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist coworkers to serve food and beverage, promoting teamwork and ensuring a great dining experience for our guests.
  • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all state, local, and federal codes and regulations.
  • Maintenance of operating devices and regular cleaning of equipment and work spaces.
  • Participate in all meetings for the restaurant, staying informed and engaged with the team.
  • Ensure proper delivery of orders in a timely manner, as stated in our training manual.
  • Be aware of surroundings of the entire dining area at all times, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Monitor and ensure there is a clean workplace for the entire restaurant, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Effectively communicate with coworkers and management to ensure all service areas are working efficiently.
  • Manage all service systems to safeguard property, ensuring that our guests' property is secure and protected.
  • Assist internal and external guests, place requests, and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure that guest needs and requests are met within designated time standards, consistently exceeding our guests' expectations.
  • Follow all proper measures to ensure personal, employee, and guest safety and health.
