Salary: $83,000-$111,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Med Surg unit, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients. Your duties will include assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patients' progress, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in performance improvement activities, adhere to hospital policies and procedures, and maintain current knowledge and skills related to nursing practice and patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
* 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant technology
* Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
