Job Summary

Cordialsa USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of Cordialsa USA products at various customer sites and providing excellent customer service through safe and effective merchandising, stocking, planning, selling, ordering, and in-store servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cordialsa USA plans to grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts
  • Optimize in-store conditions, including out-of-stock and voids
  • Follow Repsly guidelines for taking pictures of displays and shelves, accurately recording activities, and reporting out-of-stocks and back-of-stock quantities
  • Merchandise Cordialsa USA products to drive key performance metrics
  • Ensure product rotation, shelf maintenance, and compliance with planograms
  • Communicate pricing issues and validate placement of secondary locations and displays
  • Place POP material and follow merchandising standards
  • Provide timely communication to assigned Sales Representative and Leader regarding business challenges
  • Share best practices, solutions, and insights across the team
  • Identify and communicate selling opportunities and potential issues to Sales Representative
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer management experience; consumer packaged goods experience preferred
  • Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (50% or more) a plus
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with changing schedules to meet business demands
