ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential support within a school environment. We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavioral analysis to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-time commitment to working with K-12 students.
- Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while conducting necessary evaluations and assessments.
- Act as an advocate for students, ensuring they have access to vital resources and connecting them with community services.
- Supervise and guide the treatment plans for both students and staff.
- A Master’s degree in Education or Special Education.
- Possession of a National Certificate in BCBA.
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- Attractive hourly pay rate ranging from $40 to $50.
- Comprehensive insurance options including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
- W-2 employment status with weekly pay.
- 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
- Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- Followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
- Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours post-interview.
