Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Lifeguard to join our team at the Olathe Community Center. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring pool and other aquatic areas to provide assistance and protection to participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool users.
- Monitor pool conditions and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed, and contact emergency medical personnel in serious situations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including equipment and facilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 15 years of age or older and possess a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate, Waterpark Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
