Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at American Traveler. As a travel MRI Tech, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in the field of diagnostic imaging.

Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of the body. This will involve preparing patients for scans, operating the MRI machine, and ensuring that all images are of high quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of the body
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Ensure that all images are of high quality and meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
  • Current professional license as required by the state
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
  • Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
