Roving Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Roving Personal Banker to join our team in the Northern Alaska District. As a Roving Banker, you will provide support across a variety of branch locations, working closely with customers to meet their financial needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers across multiple branch locations.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
• Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products and services to help customers succeed financially.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing a personalized experience.
• Provide customers with options for bank products and services, ensuring they have the best possible solutions for their financial needs.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed, ensuring seamless support.

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.

• Ability to travel 100% of the time within the district.
• Commute to the assigned location(s) for the duration of the branch assignment (reimbursement for mileage is provided).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
• This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
