Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic II to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. This role requires a strong background in electro-mechanical systems and a proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project and personnel management for jobs related to state licensing
  • Provide services based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and other related criteria for assigned areas
  • Maintain required core competencies and comply with set policies and procedures
  • Execute preventative maintenance schedules and handle tools and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment and requisition necessary materials
  • Interface with sales representatives and service contractors and manage project coordination with contractors and department directors
  • Participate in training and oversight of Maintenance Mechanic I regarding code compliance, best practices, and safety
  • Be subject to 24-hour call on/off duty hours
Requirements
  • High School diploma required
  • C-Heartsaver certification required
