Job Overview

Position Summary

K2 Staffing, LLC is actively searching for a proficient Seamless Gutter Technician to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation of seamless gutters on both single-family homes and multifamily units.

  • Employment Type: This is a full-time role with initial hourly training compensation, transitioning to piece pay, offering an average wage of $15-$20+ per hour.
  • Work Hours: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required.
  • Provided Resources: The company supplies a vehicle and most of the necessary tools for the job.

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate on ladders reaching heights of up to 40 feet.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism.
  • Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of materials.
  • Conduct safety inspections and comply with site safety regulations and MSDS guidelines.
  • Utilize power tools for cutting metal and shaping gutters.
  • Exhibit mechanical skills in the use of tools and equipment.
  • Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated by the job and supervisor.
  • Ensure tools and vehicles are kept in optimal working condition.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred, and may be necessary for certain roles.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to use standard hand tools and maintain stability on ladders and elevated surfaces.
  • Perform tasks requiring continuous flexing, grasping, twisting, and lifting with both hands and arms throughout the workday.
  • Flexibility to bend, twist, and maneuver at the shoulders, waist, and knees for gutter installation.
  • Capable of lifting ladders and coils weighing approximately 75+ lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
