Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive menu development, inventory management, and supply chain optimization
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
