Delivering Excellence in Patient CareAs a Nursing Professional - Patient Care Specialist at SolutionHealth, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, create a therapeutic environment, and promote a culture of safety and respect.
Main Responsibilities:
- Involves patients and families in goal setting and planning, and communicates plans of care for input and seamless care across shifts and settings
- Demonstrates accountability for continued professional growth and development, as well as own role in smooth operations of the unit
- Utilizes current evidence and national standards to guide practice and identifies areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Ability to obtain BCLS qualification during orientation period and maintain throughout employment
- Possesses basic computer skills and ability to advance with new systems or upgrades
